Step into healing.

Step into yourself.

step into your knowing….

Iboga isnt’ just a plant medicine. It’s a catalyst for deep healing, powerful insight and lasting transformation. “ From my breath to yours, from my life to your life.”

Welcome to Iboga Root & Rhythm Retreats

We offer retreats in both Red Deer, Alberta, across Canada and internationally.

Our purpose is to create a clear and respectful bridge for people to experience the sacred medicine of Iboga and the teachings of the Bwiti tradition. Everything we do is grounded in integrity, cultural respect and commitment to supporting real, lasting inner work.

We guide and support individuals as they reconnect with their truth, peace, clarity, happiness and love through their relationship with the spirit of Iboga. This work is about coming home to yourself with honesty, presence, and a grounded sense of your own “knowing” and who you are.

What is Iboga

Through Iboga, the soul remembers its song.
Iboga is known as the Godfather of all Plant Medicines. For thousands of years, the Bwiti people of West Africa have turned to this sacred root bark for profound healing and spiritual discovery. More than just a plant, Iboga is a teacher — guiding us to reconnect with our truth, remember who we are, and walk forward in clarity.
“The medicine is not outside you; Iboga shows it is within.”

The Essence of Iboga

Ancient Wisdom

Holistic Healing

The Art of Knowing

Authenticity & Integrity

Used by the Bwiti tribe for generations, Iboga is deeply rooted in tradition and spirituality.

Works on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels to restore balance and harmony.

Bwiti teaches us not what to think, but how to see. Iboga reveals that the answers lie within.

Every ceremony is guided by the Missoko Bwiti tradition to ensure respect, safety, and true connection with the medicine.

"Tracey was at the village in Gabon when I was initiated.
I was grateful for her positive influence in some of my harder moments.
It was refreshing to experience through her, the right balance of compassion and empowerment, not rescuing me from my experiences, but providing a clear mirror along with the right teachings for me to choose a new way myself. This for me is the sign of a very good and wise facilitator.
From what I experienced of Tracey, she is deeply devoted, skilled, reverential and humble. I know your healing will be her highest prayer and that she understands the way to freedom for us all, is demoting the mind and elevating the soul (heart).'
